Job Description :
We are currently searching for a customer service representative to join our facility in the Miamisburg area! The available position is on a first shift basis, with a starting pay rate of $15/hr. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

General responsibilities of this position are, but are not limited too; 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 




 














        • Utilizing multi-line phone system to answer and direct calls accordingly. 














 

 

 














        • Assisting incoming customer, both via phone and email, to ensure that orders are taken appropriately, and entered into the system. 














 

 

 














        • Working with suppliers to order necessary supplies. 














 

 

 














        • Utilize Linux (accounting software) to assist with entering in accounts receivable items. 














 

 

 














        • Data entry, including orders to be processed and those that are completed. 














 

 
Required Qualifications :
 Requirements of this position are; 

 


  • Minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience. 

  • Ability to work overtime as necessary. 

  • Ability to manage a multi-line phone system. 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
