Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Operator in the Troy, OH area. The Assistant Operator will support the operations team in various tasks, ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining quality standards. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
The available positions are on a first/third shift basis, with 12-hour shifts required. Candidates are preferred to have previous manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications :
- Must have steel toed boots/shoes.
- Must have reliable transportation and great attendance.
- Must be comfortable working in indoor/outdoor environments.
- Ability to work overtime, as production demands, is required.
- Must be open to Day and Night shift/12 hr swing shifts
