• Check parts, whether stock cut or from Waterjet blanks to see all operations needed to make a "good" part with best machining practices


• Load offline programmed parts to Waterjet and verify proper material and thickness


• Load offline programmed parts to machining center and check for any errors


• Monitor machine while working to identify possible issues


• Check machined parts to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects


• Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages


• Knowledge and comfort with basic machine shop hand tools, ie; Drills, DA Sander, Angle Grinders, Disc and Belt Sanders, Pneumatic Tap Arms


• You will be responsible for Deburring and DA'ing Aluminum, Mild Steel & Stainless


• Knowledge and comfort with drilling and tapping charts and ability to understand metric to standard dimensions


• You will be responsible for measuring & checking all parts before delivery and the last set of eyes on everything

• Strong knowledge and fully capable of reading and understanding machine prints


• Knowledge of how to turn print into tangible part


• Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers / gage pins) to take accurate measurements for tolerancing


• Ability to use basic machine shop hand tools & drill press


• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items
