Job Description :
Interacts with customers to collect order information. Records customer information into computer. Provides information to customers regarding order status. II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Communicates with customers by phone, email, or in person. Works with production and shipping department to expedite customer orders. Produces Open Order Report. Refers complaints of nonconforming part to the quality department for investigation. Analysis EDI transmitted orders. Researches any customer inquires and informs customer of outcome. Wear appropriate safety equipment for work being performed and as directed by company policy Maintain a safe work environment through good housekeeping practices. All other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Required Qualifications :
Excellent oral and written communication skills Intermediate computer skills. Successful completion of on-the-job training Previous Customer service experience preferred.
