Job Description :

 We are currently seeking:


Customer Service Representative
for local Dayton manufacturing company!




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following.


(Other duties may be assigned).



  • Ability to handle a multi-line phone system, including the direction of incoming calls to the appropriate party. 

  • Assisting the sales and finance teams with generation of important reports, by utilizing Microsoft Office and other computer based programs.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits; follow-up on resolutions to ensure proper resolution. 

  • Follow communication procedures and guidelines. 


Required Qualifications :
 QUALIFICATIONS: 

 


Must have a minimum of 4+ years of customer service experience. 


Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Outlook, Excel) 


Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as business demands.
