• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical or vocational program in electrical maintenance preferred.


• Relevant certifications or licenses related to electrical maintenance (e.g., Electrician's license) highly desirable.


• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with a significant focus on electrical systems.


• Solid understanding of electrical principles, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.


• Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.


• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols and regulations.


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


• Flexibility to work on-call or during non-standard hours for emergency maintenance.
