JOB SUMMARY:

The Manufacturing Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. This role involves coordinating and directing a team of operators or assemblers to meet production targets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient workflow. The Manufacturing Team Lead serves as a key point of contact between the workforce and management, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision: Lead and manage a team of production workers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.


• Production Oversight: Monitor production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure that daily/weekly production targets are met or exceeded.


• Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance procedures to maintain high production standards, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.


• Training & Development: Provide on-the-job training to new team members and ongoing development opportunities for existing staff.


• Safety Compliance: Ensure team members follow safety protocols and regulations, actively promoting a safe work environment.


• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or issues with equipment, materials, or processes in a timely manner.


• Reporting: Document production data, performance metrics, and any issues related to quality, safety, or production for review by management.


• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in production processes and workflows.

• 3rd shift 7pm-7:10am
